The foundation of BPL’s approach to governance is to facilitate the growth and development of the business in a way which is compliant with law and applicable regulation. BPL is also subject to industry specific compliance obligations from its regulators (mainly the MHRA and FDA) and is subject to the UK industry self-regulatory body, the ABPI.
